Privacy Policy
BrainMarshal is an arcade arithmetic runner from MesikaLabs. The game does not require an account and does not ask players to provide names, contact details, or payment information.
1. Site data
This static site does not include forms, cookies, account signup, or payment collection.
2. Game data and advertising
Game progress, settings, and language choices are stored locally on the device. MesikaLabs does not operate player accounts or a game backend for BrainMarshal.
BrainMarshal uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform to display ads and manage advertising consent. Depending on the device, region, consent choices, and ad delivery, these services may collect device identifiers, coarse location, product interaction and advertising data, performance data, crash data, and other diagnostic data. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and service operation.
Where required, the game presents a consent message before requesting ads. Players can revisit available choices from Settings > Privacy Choices. The current iOS build does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
3. Accounts and payments
BrainMarshal does not provide player accounts, multiplayer social features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. MesikaLabs does not sell player-provided contact information because BrainMarshal does not collect player contact information.
